Enjoy it in the morning with the first coffee of the day.
Return after a mountain hike and let the warm water do the rest.
Spend an afternoon doing absolutely nothing.
Or step outside in the evening when the air becomes cooler and the atmosphere changes completely.
Sometimes luxury is simply having a place entirely to yourself.
Heated and Available Year-Round
Andalusia is famous for sunshine, but some of our favourite months at Casa España are outside the traditional summer season.
That's when a heated outdoor jacuzzi really comes into its own.
Spring
Warm days, green landscapes and flowers throughout the Axarquía.
After a day exploring the pueblos blancos or walking in the mountains, return to Casa España and relax in the warm water.
Summer
Use the jacuzzi later in the day when the heat begins to disappear.
After dinner, the terrace becomes a completely different place.
Autumn
September and October often still feel wonderfully Mediterranean, while November brings cooler evenings.
That's precisely when slipping into a heated jacuzzi becomes especially enjoyable.
Winter
Perhaps our favourite contrast of all:
cool mountain air and warm water.
Even during the cooler months, the jacuzzi remains part of the Casa España experience.

One of the advantages of staying in Cómpeta is how much you can experience from one base.
Spend the morning hiking around the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama.
Explore one of the white villages.
Drive down towards Nerja, Maro or La Herradura for a Mediterranean afternoon.

It isn't shared with neighbouring properties or external visitors.
For couples, that makes it an especially relaxing part of the house.
